Online Seminars with Dr. Bhagwan Awatramani

Dr. Awatramani is happy to offer online meditations and seminars during this time of COVID-19 restrictions.

Participants have found the quality of meditation and teaching to be deep and nourishing, even “at a distance.” The limitations of time/space do not affect the inner silence nor the connection with the teaching.

Weekend Seminar Format – After a brief check-in via Skype, each seminar is comprised of three 50-minute sessions. One of these 50-minute sessions includes a discourse (in English) and the other two  sessions are silent meditations. Starting times alternate to accommodate different time zones and schedules.

Weekday Meditations – After the brief check-in, this one-hour session is meditation only. Depending on the package, you can participate on Monday – Friday (FULL, MEDIUM PLUS, or MEDIUM), or Tuesdays only (SMALL). You can also choose to participate in Monday – Friday weekday meditations without the weekend seminars.
